Welcome to ReclaimHER ReclaimHER is an adult women’s empowerment program designed to support women rebuilding after adversity, including domestic violence, incarceration, homelessness, addiction recovery, and other life challenges. This program is grounded in the M.E.S.H.E. Framework: M: Mental Health Navigation E: Employment & Career Readiness S: Self-Sufficiency & Life Skills Development H: Housing Resource Support E: Education & Skill Development Through guided worksheets, reflection prompts, action steps, and practical planning, ReclaimHER helps participants rebuild stability, reconnect with identity, strengthen emotional resilience, and move forward with confidence and purpose. This program is self-paced and should be completed at a steady, honest, and manageable rhythm. Participants are encouraged to honor their emotional capacity, complete each module thoughtfully, and request support when needed. Important Reminder: ReclaimHER is an empowerment, education, resource navigation, and life skills development program. It is not therapy, medical treatment, counseling, legal advice, financial advice, or crisis intervention.
