The Survivor Stability Initiative is SistaH of SurvivaL’s coordinated effort to strengthen and expand the resources, partnerships, and infrastructure that help survivors and families move from crisis toward long term stability and self sufficiency.
Through housing resources, emergency assistance, education, employment support, community partnerships, and expanded services, the Initiative builds the foundation that allows Crowned for More Academy to connect participants with the support they need to rebuild, grow, and move forward.

Build confidence and workplace skills through resume support, interview preparation, career exploration, job search assistance, and professional development resources.

Receive access to clothing and essential items that help individuals prepare for employment, school, special events, and everyday needs with dignity and confidence.
Access nutritious food and essential household items through community support efforts designed to help reduce food insecurity and promote stability.
Connect with mentors, peer support, and a caring community that encourages accountability, personal growth, encouragement, and meaningful relationships.
