These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, forms, digital platforms, programs, services, events, and other resources operated by SistaH of SurvivaL, a nonprofit organization, and Global Vision Productions, LLC, doing business as Global Vision Leadership Institute ("GVLI"), collectively referred to in these Terms as the "Organizations," "we," "us," or "our."
By accessing or using our websites, submitting a form, registering for a program or event, purchasing a service or resource, or otherwise interacting with our online platforms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to enter into a binding agreement with us unless participation in a particular youth program or service is authorized by a parent or legal guardian.

Programs and Services
SistaH of SurvivaL and Global Vision Leadership Institute provide distinct programs and services.
SistaH of SurvivaL provides nonprofit community-based programs, advocacy, education, resource navigation, workshops, and supportive services designed to assist women and young women affected by domestic violence, reentry, homelessness, recovery, and major life transitions.

Global Vision Leadership Institute, a division and trade name of Global Vision Productions, LLC, provides leadership development, coaching, educational programs, workshops, training, speaking engagements, consulting, and related professional services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, our programs and services are educational, developmental, supportive, or informational in nature and are not substitutes for licensed medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional services.

Registration, Purchases and Payments
Certain programs, events, products, or services may require registration or payment. Prices, payment requirements, cancellation policies, refund terms, and other conditions applicable to a particular service may be provided during registration or purchase.

By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and agree to any additional terms presented during the transaction.

When submitting an inquiry, registration, application, intake form, travel inquiry, or other information through our websites or affiliated platforms, you agree to provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

Submission of an inquiry or application does not guarantee acceptance into a program, availability of a service, travel reservation, funding, assistance, partnership, or other outcome unless expressly confirmed by us.

Photography, Audio and Video Recording
Events, workshops, programs, trainings, and other activities hosted or sponsored by SistaH of SurvivaL and/or Global Vision Productions, LLC d/b/a Global Vision Leadership Institute may include photography, audio recording, or video recording.

Unless otherwise prohibited by law or specifically communicated for a particular event, your voluntary attendance at an event where recording notices have been provided may constitute consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.

Such recordings may be used for legitimate organizational purposes, including websites, social media, educational materials, promotional materials, advertising, news coverage, reports, and documentation of organizational activities.

Where separate written consent or authorization is required, including circumstances involving minors or sensitive programming, the appropriate authorization will be obtained.

Unless otherwise stated, website content, program materials, curricula, workbooks, graphics, logos, videos, written materials, training materials, trademarks, and other original content provided through our platforms are owned by or licensed to SistaH of SurvivaL and/or Global Vision Productions, LLC d/b/a Global Vision Leadership Institute.
